The world is a huge bookshelf

Books - in other words, knowledge or data, belong to the world. When you finished reading a book, and if you don't need it anymore, you can pass it to someone who needs it.

However, people you can pass it to are limited. How many of your friends have the same taste of books as you have?

Books, bunch of paper, it should be recycled, but it's worth enough being re-read by others, not to become a roll of tissue.

Another concept : TRAVEL

There is one other concept of this project, TRAVEL.

The world is huge, people traveling around of the world, and also books, they are traveling around of the huge world with travelers.

Someday you'll find your book in somewhere you haven't even imagine. Books travel around and connects people.

The book itself has logs on it, also people can go online to search who was the ex-owner, or where if the book now etc.

Human based offline GPS :-D

Connects people online and OFFLINE

In Japan, the books at school's library have a card in a little poket on the back of a book. When you borrow the book, you have to write when/who borrowed it.

Sometimes you find the same name on many books, which makes you to imagine what kind of person he/she is.

It's totally offline and little bit mysterious, but also very social.
